Black Frame Closes its Doors

Fashion and Art Firm Black Frame announced in early January they are going out of business. After 15 years of hard work and recognizable marketing campaigns with various companies the founder of Black Flame, Brian Phillips, decides to close this chapter in his life. He explains it is not really easy to run a PR firm but is really excited to see what new projects he can work on in the future.
