This year has been tough. The good news is, we’ll likely get through this, just like every other challenging time we may have faced at one time or another. We believe with the healing power of music, we can all lean in a bit to shed our differences and just vibe. Music has always been a way to express bottled up emotions, this is especially true at this moment, when we are so uncertain of how to say what we feel. Here we share a video playlist of artists providing good sounds & vibes from NPR’s live tiny desk concerts and some favorite music videos of our own to help you get the weekend started, unwind, relax and reclaim your peace of mind.

Alicia Keys: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert

Number one on our list providing good is Alicia Keys live tiny desk performing her hit single ‘Show me love” where she quotes “ now more than ever is the time where we need love the most” and here at THE DOE we couldn’t agree more. This live performance gives us the reminder to not only fight for what’s right but to change societies outlook on how we should be more accepting and loving of one another’s cultures putting a stop to racism as a whole.
