The north wind. That chimerical and whimsical wind that has inspired artists and writers alike. For some, synonymous with madness. For others, a source of inspiration and cause of that artistic genius that influenced big names like Salvador Dalí, Josep Pla, or Gabriel García Márquez.
A force of nature that has also affected, in a certain way, the work of Jordi Andrés and Santi Mozas, creative directors of Siamo Studio. His second collection of prêt-à-couture acquires the name of this wind of French origin, which blows strongly in the Balearic Islands and Catalonia. That magical and evocative Mediterranean where both designers have grown up and which has also seen the birth of their young fashion brand, founded at the end of 2018.
La Tramontana plays with creativity and recovers the nostalgia of childhood, a mantra that both designers have incorporated into the DNA of their brand. In this new proposal, Jordi and Santi once again play with fashion and combine a chromatic palette of pastel tones with color block. Large loops, dramatic volumes, and strategic gathers that result in a dynamic and contemporary collection. The accessories acquire a secondary and subtle role, but they are capable of elevating the style and naive character of the collection.
The accessories, made entirely by Siamo Studio, literally take us back to our childhood. XXL earrings in the shape of a heart and flowers made with Hama beads, which inevitably brings us memories of those endless afternoons of crafts. His second collection consists of a total of nine looks that will be available for sale on his website soon. Under the drop by drop concept, Siamo Studio offers exclusive creations that avoid overproduction and are aimed at a woman with her own character and style, who does not get carried away by temporal trends.
